Hello, Universe?

Wow. Wowowowowow.

I love my note from the Universe today. Maybe its the food reflection, the meal aspect of it. Perhaps it is about where I am in my body right now. Simple, little, but somehow it packed a whollop for me today. Maybe, its just one of those days. Anyway, what about you. Hungry for a full meal deal anyone?

A note from my universe today

I love this. I get these emails every Monday through Friday, notes from The Universe. Some days they are really awesome. Some days, not so much. But today--this one just hit me right where I needed it.

The reason others think they need you, Rachel, is because they don't yet fully believe that they already have all that it takes to have all that they want. So they pretend you hold the key.

And vice versa.
